FAQs

What is Wing Tsun?

See our dedicated page to explain the history of these phenomenal women-led ancient martial art.

Is it a workout?

Our classes are tailored to our group but every class ensures you will warm up, work out, learn Wing Tsun techniques and cool down. You will expel a lot of energy during class, but it is not explicitly a cardio workout.

Will I get hurt?

Vinno is a very experienced Wing Tsun teacher, having trained directly for over a decade with Si-Fu Julian Hitch in the UK and attended seminars with his teacher Grand Master Maday Norbert. Your safety is paramount, and Wing Tsun is an extremely safe discipline. You will not be exposed to any techniques beyond what is suitable for your training level.

What age can you learn Wing Tsun?

We are currently accepting students from 16 up. Vinno has taught children as young as 6 right up to CEOs in their late 60’s. This martial art has so much to offer and everyone can reap reward from practising it. However, current space constraints mean we can accept children younger than 16.
